  • 2 medium zucchini, chopped into bite-sized pieces

Preparation Method

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables

  1. Wash the zucchini, mushrooms, and bell pepper.
  2. Chop the zucchini and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces and slice the mushrooms.

Step 2: Heat the Pan

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
